Welcome to Runners Weather, a weather app designed for runners. The Runners Weathers app is operated by Desseign Studios LLC (“Desseign”, “us”, “we”) and by downloading, accessing, or using Runners Weather, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

USE OF THE APP
You may use the app solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app in any way, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app’s source code.
- Using the app for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Interfering with the operation of the app or attempting to access systems or data not intended for you.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Some features of the app may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account.

IN-APP PURCHASES
The app may offer in-app purchases, including but not limited to premium features or subscriptions.
All sales are final and non-refundable. By accepting these terms, you agree that Desseign Studios it not required to provide a refund for any reason.

Runner Weather provides weather data and recommendations for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the data.
You use the app at your own risk. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desseign Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property associated with this iOS application — including but not limited to source code, design, graphics, user interface, logos, trademarks, and written materials — are the exclusive property of Desseign Studios LLC, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in the United States and internationally.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, display, or use of any part of the application without express written permission is strictly prohibited. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on this application or any part thereof.

Desseign Studios LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the app or our website. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of New Hampshire without regard to conflict of laws principles.
